Safety Screening

  1. Discuss exercise with your physician

  2. Determine if cardiovascular exercise is safe, especially from the standpoint of your heart.

  3. Choose exercises that will not cause injury especially to your back, knees or hips.

  4. If possible work with a personal trainer to help push you and to avoid injury.
