Statement of Achievement
To close out the fitness and strength experiment, you will need to return to your hypothesis statement to see if you have achieved your goals.
Remember, we are looking for a measurable improvement in strength and muscle mass, as well as a measurable improvement in fitness. Then, we will determine whether those improvements have had an impact on key elements of your body composition and metabolic profile.

Recording Your Progress
In your notes, write down the fitness and strength estimates before and after the experiment. Then, evaluate the impact of these improvements on the metabolic markers from your hypothesis statement. Example: Statement of Achievement *“My fitness level improved from an estimated VO2 Max of 28 to an estimate of 32, and my grip strength increased from 28 kg to 35 kg. At the same time, my triglyceride levels dropped from 225 to 100, and my body fat percentage decreased from 28% to 22%.
